KUALA LUMPUR, 19 April 2004 - A signing ceremony was held today between Sindora Berhad (“Sindora” or the “Company”), Affin Merchant Bank Berhad (“Affin Merchant”) and HLG Securities Sdn Bhd for the Underwriting Agreement in respect of the Company’s proposed rights issue.
