When We First Started Sindora Berhad (the Company), incorporated on 30 December 1972, commenced its operation in 1974. On 24 April 1974, the Johor State Economic Development Corporation (currently known as Johor Corporation), the parent company of Sindora Berhad was awarded a timber concession of 92,000 acres by Johor State Government.
